Frame by frame animation. Taking inspiration from a poster, I was tasked to recreate it and tell a story. The faceless "string guy" is constantly weighed down by mental burdens. One day, he decides to break free.

Every year, the USAID Center for International Disaster Information hosts a nationwide contest for students to produce a Public Service Announcement (PSA) demonstrating why cash donations are best when supporting international disaster relief. My idea was to create a gif with two people playing rock, paper, scissors, but cash comes out on top. Cash is unbeatable, cash is best.
